Nutritional therapy is the management of symptoms and of health and wellness through optimal nutrition. For some this may include our healthy weight management programme, which gives you the tools you need for long-term weight loss.
What will my appointment include?
Prior to your appointment you will be sent a food diary to keep for 2 to 3 weeks. At your appointment this will be discussed with you, along with any food intolerances you may have, and particular loves and hates. We make a point of connecting with you as an individual. We know, like you, that where eating is concerned, one size does not fit all.
We will also discuss any health symptoms and other illnesses that you may have.
Our recommendations to you may include a combination of approaches, which will be individualised. This may include nutritional supplements, recipes and snack ideas, and easy low glycaemic food choices.
Create a Slimmer You
Join our “Create a Slimmer You” weight management program. This is a science- based programme that suits most people, and gives you both rapid and sustained results, as long as you follow our guidance. You can pursue this as part of a live or virtual group, online self-study using our automated downloadable system, or as an individual using our VIP days and coaching.
